These Terms govern your use of HellEat (炼狱食堂, package com.helleat.app) and the website helleat.com, provided by HY THINKING AI TECHNOLOGY CO., LIMITED.

本条款约束您对 HellEat / 炼狱食堂（包名 com.helleat.app）及网站 helleat.com 的使用，服务提供方为 HY THINKING AI TECHNOLOGY CO., LIMITED / 淏月智能科技有限公司。

1. License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and play HellEat for entertainment on devices you own or control, subject to these Terms and Google Play’s terms where you download the app.

我们授予您个人、非独占、不可转让、可撤销的许可，以便在您拥有或控制的设备上为娱乐目的安装与游玩 HellEat，并须遵守本条款以及您下载应用时适用的 Google Play 条款。

2. Virtual items & purchases

HellEat may offer optional in-app purchases (for example permanent multipliers, convenience items, or currencies). Purchases are processed by Google Play. Virtual items have no real-world cash value, are not redeemable for money, and may be modified as the game evolves. Core progression is designed to remain available without purchase, though optional purchases may speed convenience features.

HellEat 可能提供可选内购（例如永久倍率、便利道具或货币）。购买由 Google Play 处理。虚拟物品无现实货币价值、不可兑为现金，并可能随游戏演进调整。核心进度设计为无需付费亦可推进；可选内购主要用于加快便利功能。

When rewarded ads are enabled, they play only if you choose to activate them. We do not intend to show interstitial or banner ads in HellEat.

启用激励广告时，仅在您主动选择播放时出现。HellEat 无意展示插屏或横幅广告。

You agree not to cheat, reverse engineer for unauthorized advantage, disrupt services, or misuse support channels. We may suspend access for abuse or security reasons.

您同意不作弊、不为不正当优势进行逆向、不破坏服务、不滥用支持渠道。我们可因滥用或安全原因暂停访问。

HellEat, including art, audio, text, code and trademarks, is owned by us or our licensors. These Terms do not transfer ownership to you.

HellEat 的美术、音频、文案、代码与商标等归我们或许可方所有。本条款不向您转让所有权。

6. Disclaimer

The game and website are provided “as is” to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

在法律允许的最大范围内，游戏与网站按「现状」提供。我们不保证不中断或无错误运行。本条款不排除适用法律不可排除的责任。
